2. Operating procedures of floating fish feed machine
(1) Precautions before starting and after stopping
- Check all parts of fish feed floating pellet making machine, especially the connecting screws and anchor bolts of each section of the puffing chamber, the connecting bolts between the motor base and the frame, and the bolt connection between the puffing chamber and the frame, and there must be no looseness;

(3) Downtime

3. Operation sequence of floating fish feed machine
1.When puffing soybeans, the two sections at the inlet end of the puffing cavity are single screw heads, and the three sections at the outlet end are equipped with double screw heads.
First, add steam to the jacket to preheat the puffing cavity to about 100 degrees, and put the screws on the puffing cavity at the tail section. After the plug is tightened, loosen it for 3-4 turns, and then tighten the screw plug to fix the screw plug before feeding.
By controlling the stepless high-speed mechanism of the feeding auger, the feeding speed is from slow to fast, and the feeding speed is from small to large. After the soybean meal is ejected from the screw plug hole, add the cover to enter the normal production, and configure the screw plugs with different apertures to obtain soybean meal with different yields and finenesses.
By configuring the conical pressure rings of different diameters, the indicated temperature of the four-section (discharge end) puffing cavity is 130-140 degrees. It is recommended that the sieve of the crusher used for crushing soybeans should have a diameter of 3-4.
2.When extruding powdery feed by fish feed floating pellet making machine, the extruding screws in the extruding cavity are all single screw heads, add steam to the jacket to preheat the puffing cavity to about 80 degrees, and enter the fish feed floating pellet making machine and steam uniformly quenched and tempered powder.
