After the soybean meal is ejected from the screw plug hole, add the cover to enter the normal production, and configure the screw plugs with different apertures to obtain soybean meal with different yields and finenesses.
By configuring the conical pressure rings of different diameters, the indicated temperature of the four-section (discharge end) puffing cavity is 130-140 degrees. It is recommended that the sieve of the crusher used for crushing soybeans should have a diameter of 3-4.
2.When extruding powdery feed by fish feed floating pellet making machine, the extruding screws in the extruding cavity are all single screw heads, add steam to the jacket to preheat the puffing cavity to about 80 degrees, and enter the fish feed floating pellet making machine and steam uniformly quenched and tempered powder.
About 18%, this must be done in the feed conditioner, and the feed amount is controlled by the stepless speed regulating mechanism from small to large. Note that the reading of the ammeter of the main motor should not exceed the rated current of the main engine of fish feed floating pellet making machine.
Beware of overloading the motor and extruding powdery materials. When the temperature of the extruding chamber at the discharge end is controlled to an appropriate degree by configuring conical pressure rings with different diameters.
